The à la carte menu can have slight variations depending on the daily availability of fresh fish and on the numerous new dishes that are presented every week by our Chefs.

Appetizers

 

Thinly sliced raw octopus with citronette sauce on a bed of fresh salad
Tasting of smoked fish with herb butter and canapés
Warm seafood salad terrine with mâche salad
Mediterranean style sautéed mussels and clams with canapés
Scallops gratin “en belle vue”  
Skewers of grilled Sicilian prawns on a bed of fresh salad
Selection of traditional preserved meats, with vegetables preserved in oil and corn polenta (salami, rolled bacon, cured neck of pork, Parma culaccia)
Selection of homemade smoked meats with apple mostarda and canapés (pork loin, beef rump, strips of marinated fillet of beef)
